How it works
Drilling process：The self-propelled anchor uses the drill bit at the head of the anchor to rotate and drill into the rock and soil under the drive of the drilling rig. During the drilling process, the anchor rod body gradually enters the rock and soil as the drill bit advances, and there is no need to drill a hole before installing the anchor like ordinary anchors.
Anchoring process: After drilling to the designed depth, cement slurry or other grouting materials are injected through the hollow part of the anchor rod. During grouting, the slurry fills the gap between the anchor rod and the rock and soil under pressure, and penetrates into the cracks of the rock and soil, so that the anchor rod and the rock and soil are closely combined to form an anchoring force. At the same time, after the slurry solidifies, it can also enhance the strength of the rock and soil, playing a reinforcing role.
